Getting to the root of your gastrointestinal issue

Here at Practical Health Solutions, LLC, we utilize a wide variety of functional testing labs to determine the source of your health concern.  Symptoms and the history of your illness can direct us as to which tests to perform.  Dr Waters writes out a timeline for each patient to enable her to identify the event or stressor that started off your decline in health.  If she can identify and treat the cause, she can get you well quicker and with less money. Treating the symptoms isn't enough to restore you to health.
Dr Waters utilizes blood, stool, salivary and urine testing to determine the cause of your symptoms (but not usually all of these tests on any one patient), and then treats the cause.  Dr Waters will determine which test(s) would be the most appropriate based on your current and personal and past symptoms as well as your personal, family and social history. She will prioritize testing, will explain what information that test can tell us and the limitations, if any, and will inform you of the cost of each test, since most patients need to limit what they spend on healthcare. You can decide which tests you would like her to order, based on her recommendations.

Quite often, Dr Waters finds that a low-grade, chronic infection or an environmental toxin or toxicant is 'highjacking' the immune system. Once you clear the obstacle to cure, the body, then, often heals itself.
