Practical Health Solutions, LLC is a naturopathic medical practice offering tele-medicine and video consultations to residents throughout the midwest. She sees patients in-office and virtually in both Fort Collins, CO and Keller, TX. Dr Waters is a 4-year naturopathic medical school- trained naturopathic doctor and is licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota, Colorado, Kansas and Wisconsin.  The rest of the midwestern states are pre-licensed so she practices with a limited scope in those states. Dr Waters recently opened an office in Keller, TX and has a part-time office in Fort Collins,

and see patients by appointment only. She has been doing primarily virtual visits in recent years, and is looking forward to spending more time in-person with her patients.


Dr Waters provides naturopathic (which is the most comprehensive form of functional medicine available) care for a wide variety of conditions with emphases on gastrointestinal issues, mold illness, and chronic infections.  Other conditions she treats include auto-immunity, allergies, blood sugar dysregulation, fluoroquinolone toxicity, heavy metal toxicity, hypertension, mold illness, nickel sensitivity, post-COVID syndrome, thyroid conditions, adrenal stress, and insomnia, as well as many others. In collaboration with your medical doctor, she can help you safely wean off of benzodiazepines. 


Since the process of submitting to insurance is so time-consuming, it is necessary that we work as a team. Dr Waters provides you with a super-statement with the codes needed to submit to insurance; and you will need to file the claim.


To enable her to serve patients of most income levels, she offers an hourly rate of $180. Her new patient intake appointment is $350 for the first 90 minutes. Pediatric new patient intake appointments are $250 for 60 minutes.  

Dr Waters treats a wide variety of conditions, and has an emphasis on gastrointestinal disorders and sleep.  Some of the conditions that she commonly treats include: Acid reflux, allergies, asthma, auto-immune conditions, chronic infections, constipation, Crohn's disease, diabetes, diarrhea, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, insulin resistance, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nutritional deficiencies, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), thyroid disorders, ulcerative colitis and urinary tract infections. She is practicing as an adjunct to your primary care doctor.
